Nice I Like it.It’s really great.
I dont find anything nomadic about this type of music ..I can appreciate good music anywhere in the world
Purna Das Baul and his youngest son Dibyendu Das (Chotton) collected huge money from Indian Government and overseas for poor Bauls and their families, any Bauls got that money yet????? All money belong to Bauls,so go and grab your rights. They are dam thief lol. Both are not good people, sneaky.both cheated their own family too.So no marcy, let them go to HELL.
খুবই ভালো.
She is a Japanese. As she is a Japanese once in Shantiniketan she was denied to sing Baul song in the Paush Mela program by Shantidev Ghosh. This came to news that time and it is more than 20 years ago.
beautiful…beautiful…beautiful…
@ beretep .. I must say that you are totally ignorant ! The lady is NOT Japanese.. she is a BAHE BENGALI or a RAJBANGSHI, as they are called in northern Bengal. They originate from the district of BIRBHUM and often perform on trains that cross BOLPUR, their district headquarters.
They are nomads .. and often go hungry. But it will not show on their faces when they are singing .. that’s coz they are NOT singing for money .. but for a much higher cause.. that’s because this what they are meant to!

The singer is not from the Rajbanshi community, nor is she Nepali or Assamese. Her name is Maki Kazumi and she’s Japanese. My wife knows her well.
