The fact remains that there would be no undocumented aliens inland if the border patrol was doing it’s job and securing the border, instead of tying up traffic trying to find people they never should have let through in the first place. The feds, state and local law enforcement agencies are all empowered to enforce immigration laws if they find a violation. Border Patrol only reveals their inability to provide a secure border by venturing out on hunting expeditions.
I won’t argue my being a jerk. But I’m also a law abiding citizen with nothing to fear from a checkpoint anywhere in the U.S. Just like roadblocks setup to catch drunk drivers I assume the authorities have their reasons for the locations they select and being legal,I don’t worry myself about it. Leaving one to wonder what this group has to hide or fear if they are also legal.

If you were there only to protest you could easily do that without engaging the agents. but you weren’t there just to protest,you were determined to create a scene. Why? Because in this country protests and demonstrations are allowed for and accommodations made. That never happened in nazi Germany, making you liars as well as troublemakers.

The Federal drug laws were not passed by the Senate only the House and are not positive law also the State Of (where ever you live) is really only the Federal Territory owned by the Federal Government. Federal Law only apply on Federal Land. The people are under the rule of common law. Do some research into the law you will see that I am right.

Alright the reason the checkpoints are 50 miles north of the border, is because of the United Nations “Free Zone” Check it out. The nations gave the United Nations protions of this country all along the borders. From the last time I checked that is why they cannot arrest illegal aliens 50 miles inside the border. The biggest land grab and nobody knows it, along with all the National Parks and Forests. I think it falls under the a branch of the United Nations. ENSCO I think?
