Sheriff Arpaio raided a Phoenix Business on Feb 3, 2011. He and I discuss Identity stealing vs a fictitious ID with names and Social Security numbers not even matching. To Joe, they are the same. Last year, 3.5% of the entire population even experience loss as a result of Identity Theft with the average loss of 5 to 7 hundred dollars. No evidence exists to link undocumented workers with fictitious Social Security numbers to any crime other then working and paying taxes.

abc 15 News:” Lieutenant Brian Lee with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said the search is underway at Valley View Building Services Inc. near 19th Street and University Drive. Lee said a three month investigation has revealed that the company has furnished at a minimum one employee who was working on the Fort Huachuca military base in Sierra Vista and was determined to be in the United States illegally.”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld an Arizona law that allows the state to shut down businesses that hire illegal immigrants, a ruling arising from the fierce national debate on immigration policy.
